Abstract (EN):
This article focuses on establishing the necessary conditions of optimality in the Gamkrelidze's form for an optimal control problem with dynamics given by a differential inclusion with a control drift term, and featuring state, control, and mixed constraints. These dynamics provide a suitable interpretation of phenomena described by discontinuous ordinary differential equation, arising, for example, in mechanical systems featuring Coulomb friction, or power electronic systems with ideal switches. The Gamkrelidze's form differs from the usual Dubovitskii-Milyutin one mainly in the expression of the Hamiltonian. However, it enables very efficient indirect computational methods, whenever the state constraint map exhibits a mild extra smoothness.
