Abstract (EN):
When faced with the problem of undertaking a Techno-Organizational development process driven by engineering and social sciences, one must inevitably deal
with different technical languages which are the basis for the description, reasoning and action in the enterprise's reality. The effectiveness of the innovation
process (be it at the operational or project level) depends largely on the understanding of such languages by all the actors involved. Another important aspect is
the complexity of the process, reflected in a broad range of very structured to very unstructured information that must be managed. Our approach in improving
techno-organisational innovation processes, is to provide collaboration tools to mediate between development actors perspectives, helping in the management of
the process complexity and providing an infra-structure for methodological mediation. The underlying goals are to enhance the communication between
development actors in the first place and to implement an infrastructure for multi-perspective techno-organisational analysis and design. In this paper we describe
the main aspects of this work, framed by the topics of participation and interdisciplinarity in TO development.
