Abstract (EN): The research work presented in this paper concerns to the development of a software based collaboration system acting as a development memory and representational infrastructure in a techno-organizational development process. Our point is not to impose a collaboration model nor a given development methodology but to provide a common ground were engineers, sociologists and enterprise stakeholders bind and manipulate the relevant knowledge coming from their own methods and experiences. In this paper it is described the establishment of a core techno-organisational development description (ontology) and the mechanisms for the development actors to input and relate their own terms and concepts to the core representation.
