Abstract (EN):
This paper describes the use of idd and vout crosscorrelation for on-board testing of a switched capacitor programmable active filter. A Field Programmable Gate Array present in the filter's board is used as a Test Support Integrated Circuit taking advantage of its reconfiguration capabilities to implement locally test stimulus generation, response acquisition and processing. Fault detection results obtained performing polarity correlation in the FPGA are compared with those obtained by uploading the acquired samples to the PC where the board is plugged-in and cross-correlating them with a software package.
