Abstract (EN):
In this paper an experimental campaign to quantify the ductility of reinforced concrete beams with damaged rebars is described. The ductility of these beams were analysed for different degrees of corrosion, being observed that pitting corrosion up to 10% has not influenced the rotation capacity. Moreover, for beams with any type of corrosion up to 20%, it can be guaranteed a rotation capacity higher than the EC2 normalized curve.
