Pretérito Imperfeito e Pretérito Perfeito do Indicativo: alguns contextos de uso problemáticos para estudantes croatas de português

Resumo (PT): Este artigo apresenta um estudo exploratório, com base em dados de produção escrita, sobre a aprendizagem da distinção entre o Pretérito Perfeito Simples (PPS) e o Pretérito Imperfeito (PI) do Português Europeu (PE) por aprendentes do nível B2 de português com L1 Croata. Os resultados apontam para uma possível interferência da L1, especificamente com o tempo Perfekt, que pode corresponder ao PPS e ao PI em PE, e para o uso do contraste entre perfetivo/imperfetivo, com associação de duração a imperfetividade.

Abstract (EN): This paper presents an exploratory study, based on written production data, on the learning of the distinction between the Pretérito Perfeito Simples (PPS) and the Pretérito Imperfeito (PI) in European Portuguese (EP) by B2-level learners of Portuguese with Croatian L1. The results point to a possible interference of the L1, specifically with the Perfekt tense, which may correspond to PPS and PI in PE, and to the use of the contrast between perfective/imperfective, with association of duration to imperfective.
