Abstract (EN): The EU TEMPUS JEP CD Joint Advanced Doctoral Degree in Energy Systems – JADES has gathered 7 universities in developing and establishing doctoral studies in Energy systems in three west Balcan countries (CARDS countries). The consortium members include National Technical University of Athens, Greece, The University of Manchester, U.K., University of Porto, Portugal, Institute of Systems and Computer Engineering – INESC Porto, Portugal, University of Tuzla, BIH, University of Novi Sad, Serbia and University "Ss. Cyril and Methodius", Skopje, FYROM (Fig.1). Detailes about the developed study program and curriculum are presented in the paper .
