Abstract (EN):
Process of reforms in European Higher Education Area was established by signing of Joint declaration of the European Ministers of Education convened in Bologna (Bologna Declaration). 27 Ministers of Education of European Union (EU), EU candidate and non-EU countries and 2 ministries of Belgian communities signed the declaration on June 19, 1999 [1]. This document was a turning point in higher education in the Europe, not only in the EU countries. In following years almost all European countries signed the declaration. More over, a biannual conference on Ministries for Education is established to monitor the progress of all European countries in fulfillment of the principles of the declaration. The process has been set to finish by 2010.
