Abstract (EN):
The authors report a case of a child with diffuse cutaneous mastocytosis presenting symptoms at the age of two months. The interest of this case stands on the risk of a massive mast cell degranulation or evolution to systemic mastocytosis. A brief review of mastocytosis is presented.
