Abstract (EN): The study focuses on the computer modelling of the bridge ¿Nova Ponte sobre o Rio Lima¿ executed by successive advances using the balanced-cantilever method, taking into account the visco-elastic behaviour of the concrete. Such study is divided in two different parts. First, to obtain the camber values for each stage of the bridge construction so that at the end of 25 years the elevation topographic references of the pavement would be the ones predicted by the design engineer. Second, to compare these elevation displacements with the real ones obtained by topographical survey and interpret the deviations occurred. © 2015, Taylor & Francis Group, London.
