Resumo (PT): O presente estudo foi realizado no âmbito do Mestrado Integrado em Engenharia Civil na especialização de Construções Civis e teve como principal objectivo avaliar a influência de aspectos climáticos, do equipamento utilizado para aquecimento de águas quentes e sanitárias (energia eléctrica ou Gás), da geometria e da envolvente dos edifícios, na classificação energética dos edifícios residenciais existentes em Portugal, ou seja, pretendeu-se analisar o peso de cada um destes parâmetros na certificação energética em edifícios existentes. A estratégia adoptada foi a realização de um estudo de sensibilidade dos quatro parâmetros atrás referidos englobando um vasto conjunto de casos, que traduzem a realidade construtiva Portuguesa. Assim, para cada parâmetro simulado foram fixados os restantes, para desta forma se ter a certeza que os resultados que se estavam a obter, diziam apenas respeito ao parâmetro em estudo. Esta metodologia foi seguida para os restantes três parâmetros tendo sempre em conta o objectivo principal de analisar as variações introduzidas no índice energético Ntc/Nt por cada parâmetro. Numa fase posterior foram analisados os resultados obtidos, à medida que se iam tirando conclusões acerca da influência de cada um dos parâmetros estudados no peso final da certificação energética. Finalmente, e face aos resultados obtidos e às conclusões retiradas do estudo efectuado, foi elaborado um comentário crítico em relação ao modo de certificação dos edifícios existentes. Abstract (EN): This research was performed under the Integrated Master’s degree in Civil Engineering in specialization of Civil Construction and its main objective was to evaluate the influence of climatic aspects and the equipment used for heating hot water and sanitary (electricity or gas fuel energy), the geometry and environment of the buildings, which classifies the energy of residential buildings in Portugal, therefore this was intended analyze the weight of each of these parameters in the energy certification in existing buildings. The strategy was a study of sensitivity of the four parameters described above, encompassing a wide range of cases that reflect the Portuguese reality constructive. Therefore as a result each parameter simulated were remaining stabilized, thus making sure that the results that were obtained were stated as the parameter under study. This methodology was followed for the other three parameters bearing in mind the primary objective of reviewing the changes made to the energy index Ntc/Nt by each parameter. At a later stage were analyzed the results obtained, as they went about drawing conclusions from the influence of each of the parameters studied in the final weight of the energy certification. Finally, given the results and conclusions withdrawn from the study, there was a critical comment made of the existing buildings certification.
