Abstract (EN): An improved method is established for the reduction of graphene oxide (GO) to reduced graphene oxide (RGO) using citric acid and hydrazine hydrate in aqueous alkaline medium. The reduction of GO was confirmed by X-ray diffraction (XRD), Fourier transform infrared (FTIR), Raman techniques. The surface morphology were fully characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM). I-V characteristics of RGO showed remarkable increment in current valve compare to GO under applied bias range of -10 to + 10 V at RT.
