Abstract (EN): The present work, has the objective of increase and encourage the rehabilitation of historical buildings, through the presentation of structural and pathological inspection, using techniques as thermometer and humidimeter to assess the conservation state of the structural elements of a 19th century building existing in Felgueiras, Portugal. The structural members' main problems identification makes it easier to predict their behavior and develop rehabilitation solutions to the problems. (C) 2017 The Authors. Published by Elsevier B.V.
