Abstract (EN): The dielectric response of Sr1-1.5xYxTiO3 (x = 0, 0.005, 0.010, and 0.016) ceramics under ac and dc bias field changing from 0 to 20 kV/cm is reported in a temperature range of 10-300 K. The probable mechanisms underlying the observed polarization variations are discussed. Relative tunability and communication quality factor are calculated and compared for all Y concentrations. The possible use of yttrium doped strontium titanate in microelectronic capacitor components and/or in tunable devices is discussed.
