The objectives of this proposal are in line with those mentioned in the Strategic Action Plan [RD0].
* Support to the GRC-core with data from a worldwide network, reference products, KPIs
and expertise;
* Wide-range of high-end data and products;
* Independence of the means and people involved in GEMOP with respect to Galileo
systems and operations;
* Monitoring of the Galileo services (OS, HAS, OSNMA)
* GNSS abnormal events investigations
* Use of Member States means and resources.
More specifically, these objectives will be set up for the perimeter of activities mentioned in section
3.1 of the invitation to submit a proposal:
* Consortium coordination;
* Data provision from a worldwide network of stations;
* Reference products: such as orbits and clocks, ionosphere products; troposphere
products;
* Navigation (OS, HAS) and Time KPIs generation;
* Ionospheric performance monitoring;
* SIS monitoring;
* SLR campaigns;
* Campaign-based GNSS performance investigations;
* Specific investigations - on demand;
* Consultation and expertise support.
The duration of the consortium activity for SG3 is set to two years. |
