Acquisition of skills for the treatment of patients in the ambitance of the aesthetic dentistry at the previous sector level. At the end of this curricular unit, students should be able to treat the most complex clinical cases of conservative aesthetic dental medicine.
Learning outcomes and competences
The learning of specific and multidisciplinary subjects, of different operative techniques and recent dental materials, as well as clinical practice in patients who seek the Clinic of FMDUP, enable the acquisition of skills to solve the most complex clinical cases of Aesthetics, in the context of Conservative Dentistry.

Theoretical classes are in accordance with the programmatic content indicated, are taught by teachers and supported by power point.
Practical classes are held at FMDUP's Clinic with the active participation of students in the care of patients always supported by a teacher.
The discussion of themes presented according to the programmatic content and based on recent scientific articles, allows the evaluation of the scientific knowledge that they acquire, as well as the critical capacity they present.
