Objectives
The general goals of the UC General Orthodontic Aspects I of the 11th Specialization Course in Orthodontics are:
- To insure the Knowledge of the general orthodontic aspects
- To develop subjects related cephalometric radiographs, diagnosis and treatment plan in orthodontics.

There are no precedents in the general orthodontic subjects I curricular unit of the orthodontic specialization course.

Prerequisites
No prerequisites are necessary for the Iconography curricular unit of the Specialization in Orthodontics course.
Enrollment
Students may not enroll more than twice in the Iconography curricular unit of the Specialization in Orthodontics course.
Omitted cases
The curricular unit Iconography is bound by the regulations of the Specialization in Orthodontics course and those of the Center for Continuing Education of the Faculty of Dental Medicine of the University of Porto. The cases omitted herein shall be dealt with as stipulated by the regulations of creation, internal certification and accreditation of continuing education training courses at the University of Porto, and all other matters shall be resolved by the rector, following a proposal by the course coordinator.
