The School of European Culture and Languages (SECL) is seeking to appoint a Lecturer or Senior Lecturer in Philosophy with the ability to contribute research, together with research-led teaching at all levels, in the analytic tradition, in the area of theoretical reasoning. Theoretical reasoning is to be understood as encompassing formal epistemology as well as the study of methods currently employed in the sciences, broadly construed. 

You will be an enthusiastic and inspiring teacher who will contribute to SECL's international standing in terms of high-quality research who can also work effectively as part of a team, by contributing to Kent’s Centre for Reasoning.
