Teaching methods and learning activities

The first step of approaching the themes of this curricular unit is of course a theoretical exposition of the various curricular contents. Students also have the opportunity to directly analyze the legal instruments considered as most relevant in the scope of Administrative Law. In this way, they are enabled to proceed to the resolution of practical cases, that is, of real life situations whose legal regulation demands the application of rules of Administrative Law.
The tutorials allow to provide sources of information and directions of bibliographic research on the subjects studied, proposing the analysis of specific legislation in matters of interest in view of the carreer options of the Degree in Applied Languages.
Taking into account the circumstances inherent to the teaching of the Curricular Unit and the objectives underlying a correct evaluation of the knowledge acquired by the students, the evaluation is carried out by means of a distributed evaluation only with final exam, according to the General Assessment System of the FLUP.
