Goals
• Know the assumptions and theoretical contents, deontological and methodological and research in the field of people management;
• Empower and professionally for scientific research and intervention approaches in the various fields of people management;
• Build capacity for intervention in the areas of people management techniques through the construction and use of the different operational instruments;

Two types of pedagogical practices: theoretical and practical sessions, with privilege for the formal display of theoretical and practical content, interspersed with interrogative practices, which call for student participation, and with demonstrative methodologies, focusing cases and operational instruments of organizational reality (these materials are previously made available on the website of UC); orientation tutorial sessions where there are previous work programs (worksheets that require reading activities, critical analysis and reflection on texts, videos or technical documents illustrative of concrete situations) and the active participation of the students In the Conference and/or workshop, guided by experts in areas of highly specialized knowledge.
