Objectives

To exercise the capacity of dicussing some of the major topics in the field of aesthetics and the hability to identify certain typical philosophical problems (eg, identity) in a number of art forms.

Eligibility for exams

In accordance with the Assessment Regulations in force. Attendance of 75% of estimated classes, in accordance with Article 9 of the Assessment Regulations applicable to 1st Cycle Course - Licenciatura, approved by the Teaching Standards Committee on 18 July 2007.

Calculation formula of final grade

95% on the basis of a written paper, discussed in the seminar. 5% on the basis of oral  interventions in the seminar.
