Objectives
a) To acquaint students with basic concepts related to housing;
b) To contribute to an understanding of the theoretical and methodological framework of the housing issue;
c) To understand the interaction established between housing, social agents and territory;
d) To reflect on housing policy(ies) according to the different socio-economic and territorial contexts, based on case studies.
Learning outcomes and competences
a)To apply analysis techniques to the housing stock at different scales;
b) Search information about housing in diverse sources;
c) To deal with the collected information in an adjusted form;
d) To reveal sensitivity to the geographical questions about housing and becoming involved in the works to carry through;
e) To work in group, fulfilling to its tasks, ideas and being receptive to the ones of others.
