Objectives

a) Develop a research project with relevant geographical information, valid, structured and documented, using various languages and using multiple sources, appropriate and credible.
b) Define appropriate strategies for the implementation of the project, selecting the most appropriate analysis scale and methodologies of acquisition, processing and representation of information.
c) Interpret correctly and carefully information, comparing it with another already available, lifting hypotheses and outlining trackbacks to your confirmation/removal, maintaining a reflexive posture and receptive to new challenges.
d) Demonstrate sensitivity to the issues of geographical coverage, sharing their ideas and being receptive to others, trying to reconcile and manage the potential that derive from teamwork.

Program

1. Design and development of a research project in Geography.
1.1. Mobilization of different knowledge acquired in the various disciplines of the course and its appropriateness to the research project.
1.2. Discussion and evaluation of the schedule of the research project.
1.3. Search, selection and arrangement of information, given the kind of approach, design and problematic (s).
1.4. Treatment and analysis of the information collected using the scales, instruments and techniques that are most appropriate
2. Oral presentation and discussion of research results

Teaching methods and learning activities

Diversified methods will be used, in order to allow the students the apprehension and fulfillment of the abilities previously related.

1-preparation of a final report of the research project defined by professors and accompanied by these in hours to combine with the student
