Learning outcomes and competences

Someone at this level can outline the content of complex texts on concrete and abstract issues. When it comes to his own branch, he can also understand the discussions in those areas. He/she can express himself/herself fluently so that both sides can get along without any significant difficulty in normal conversations with native Turkish speakers. They can express their opinions clearly and in detail on a wide range of topics, explain their views on a current problem and describe the advantages and disadvantages of different possibilities.
