The student will be able to:
• Speak, understand and write on a basic and elementary level, performing simple interactions.
• Describe him/herself, his/her family, friends and the place where he/she lives, etc.
• An approach to Turkish culture and history from an integrative and plurisemantic point of view
When this level is completed, the students can understand simplified reading texts. Moreover, they can make basic conversational exchanges in Turkish such as asking about time, directions and price. They could also give orders and make polite requests. They can write simple paragraphs about their lives.
