Objectives
1.To adequately understand, to apply and to use the concepts associates to:
a) Basic methods of investigation project, apprehending the strong and weak limitations of each one, its points, as well as, its applicability to the problems of the real world;
b) Process and conception of the plans of investigation project, proceeding to the identification from objectives, formularization of hypotheses and structure of the research;
c) Development, analysis and communication, efficient and rigorous, of the results of investigation project.
2. To develop analytical and techniques capacities that allow:
a) To conceive and to organize a investigation project in Geography;
b) Select the adjusted scientific methods to the implementation the investigation project;
c) To argue and to analyze problems of the real world, keeping a reflexive position, that allows to consider and to base proposals for its resolution, supported in concepts and scientific methods

1.1. Theoretical framing: the scientific investigation, its particularisations and its problems.
1,2 Types of investigation: descriptive, analytical and experimental.
1.3. Strong and weak points of some methods face to the different contexts of application.
2. The investigation process.
2.1. Question of departure: definition of the problem to investigate

The students in special regimen will get the note of frequency of the following form: 1. Final examination 2 . Research work definite by the professor and followed by this in schedule to combine with students. This work will be presented orally in date and hour to combine.
