VII Conference Research and Intervention in Human Resources 2017 - Managing people: a changing role

Extension of submissions until February 15th


We are pleased to announce VII Conference Research and Intervention in Human Resources 2017 - Managing people: a changing role to be held at ISCAP – P. Porto, in Porto, in the north of Portugal, between the 6-7 April, 2017.

This conference gives voice simultaneously to the scientific academy and to the organizational/ business context, giving space for, national and international, professionals, researchers and students to present good professional practices, projects and original investigations.

Publications Opportunities

All accepted papers of VII_IRHR will be published in the conference proceedings with valid International ISBN number 2183-2455.

To each Paper will be assigned a unique Digital Object Identifier (DOI) directly on the conference venue. The Proceedings of the Conference will be published in the open source academic site Google Scholar for a wider view.

Papers presented at the conference will also be considered for further development and publication in:

  • The Revista de Ciências Empresariais e Jurídicas: published by Porto Accounting and Business School 
  • The Cuadernos de Relaciones Laborales ISSN: published by Complutense University of Madrid (http://revistas.ucm.es/index.php/CRLA)
    . * Opportunity for publication in a international Scientific Journal (in progress)


The deadline for presenting abstracts between 500 and 700 words is February 15, according to publications rules.
