Services

The Applied Chemistry Laboratory of the Faculty of Pharmacy, University of Porto, provides analytical, scientific and technical research activities for public and private entities.

Examples of provided services :

• The determination of metals at trace levels in samples from different areas, including clinical, toxicological, environmental, industrial, food and pharmaceutical;


• Determination of chemical species in various samples;


• Implementation and development of analytical techniques;


• Quality assurance of raw materials and products;


• Forensic analysis;


• Development and validation of analytical methods for specific purposes;


• Development and construction of sensors and analytical equipment.
