The BMKCloud Workshop will provide an in-depth exploration of the entire shotgun metagenomics and 16S/18S/ITS amplicon analysis workflow, guiding participants through the process from raw data processing to the extraction of meaningful biological insights.
We aim to empower researchers with state-of-the-art bioinformatics analysis tool to analyze large and complex datasets with ease, providing a comprehensive understanding of microbial communities and their implications across various scientific disciplines.
