IT Office - Technical Support (Helpdesk)
The IT Office of the Faculty of Pharmacy of the University of Porto provides first-line support to users, offering information, guidance, and solutions for IT-related issues concerning the available services.
To facilitate access to these services, the portal Universidade do Porto Digital (UPDigital) offers a variety of options (IT Services) and Software to the academic community, along with other relevant information.
Users have different ways to request IT support:
- Email (preferred contact): Send your request to helpdesk@ff.up.pt.
To streamline the process, please use your institutional email whenever possible.
- MyHelpdesk Portal: Access http://myhelpdesk.up.pt.
This option allows you to create a personal record of interactions with the Helpdesk and track the progress of the support provided.
- Phone: Call extension 8660.
- In-person service: Visit room S09.P3.E3, during the service hours: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, from 9:30 AM to 11:30 AM and 2:30 PM to 4:30 PM.
