Objectives
Objetives:
This Transferable Skills Training Unit aims to raise students' awareness of the importance of leadership and teamwork skills training, providing reflective tools and encouraging practices for exercising constructive, transformative, and ethical leadership.
Learning outcomes and competences
By the end of the training unit, students should be able to:
• Understand and critically evaluate different approaches, theories, and leadership styles.
• Identify cross-cutting aspects of team functioning, as well as their relational dynamics.
• Identify and apply communication skills in a teamwork context and recognize their importance for leadership and for the well-being and functioning of teams.
• Identify practices of humanized and transformative leadership, recognizing the critical factors associated with them.
• Establish plans for introspection and self-evaluation to enhance leadership and team management abilities.

Presentation of basic concepts
Debate and brainstorming with a view to student participation and involvement, encouraging reflection on the concepts' applicability
Exercises and simulations, stimulating critical thinking and the critical development of solutions

- Completion of the assessment components defined for the CT (see below).

• Participation and involvement during classes: 60%
• Fieldwork and Written Assignment: 40%
