Based upon a free selection of an economic activity licensing legal framework, develop a method to identify, classify and use of legal information in decision making procedures related to occupational health and safety. This framework comprises a standard requirement selection from an occupational health and safety management system.
-practical section [PS]:
Concerning the TC to a specific economic activity, identifying the gains and “good-will” related to occupational health and safety within a sectoral economic activity.
The written report ads to a compulsory oral presentation in the classroom and a discussion of the report main results.
