Objectives
To place the product's end-user at the focal point of design and development efforts, as opposed to the system, its applications or its aesthetic value alone; not only for the usability of the product itself but also for the overall experience of use. Distinction between Empirical and non-empirical studies - Right achievement of qualitative and quantitative methods to the studied products and contexts.
Clear distinction between usability and user experience. Acknowledge of concepts and definitions - Efficacy, efficiency and satisfaction – measuring its dimensions - principles - data gathering - evaluation - results statement - Understanding and Implement of Sketching as a good tool for ideation and communication of user experience and usability values.
