Objectives

The aim of this course is provide the students with theoretical and practical knowledge of the basic financial management tools within the field of financial analysis and short-term/long-term financial decisions.

I. Financial Management. Financial Management Overview. II. Financial Analysis. III.. Short-time financial decisions: Short term planning and financing. Cash management. Credit management. Short term financing. IV- Long term financial decisions:long term planning. Risk and Return. The CAPM model. Valuation of bonds and stocks. Capital Structure decisions.
