Combination of the expositive method and the active method. Classes based on exposition through dialogue, critical analysis of texts, discussion of case studies in order to connect the conceptual and theoretical analysis to concrete situations.
Outside of the teaching sessions students should read and prepare for discussion the recommended bibliography and cases that will be available in time.

Participation and attendance at sessions are important components for the eligibility for test. This participation is reflected in the active involvement of students during the sessions, and in the advance preparation and discussion of cases in class.
Cases will be available in advance and should be prepared individually and / or in groups according to the instructions, and should be orally presented and a writtten report should be delivered.
Distributed assessment requires attendance to at leat 3/4 of lectures. Those who fail to meet this requirement must take the final exam.
The final test is individual.
a) DISTRIBUTED ASSESSMENT:
Individual test (45%) + HRM Team assignment (25%) + Leadership Team assignment (30%)
- the exam must be taken at época normal. Those who miss that test, or do not hand it in, must take the final exam at época de recurso.
- the minimum mark in the exam and in the assignment is 7 out of 20. A mark below in any of these implies a fail, regardless of the global average mark obtained.
b) FINAL EXAM: 100%.
By final exam at época de recurso.
Unauthorized copying and plagiarism are unacceptable and under Assessment Regulation, it will require communication to the Director of MSc Course for disciplinary procedures
