Objectives

Introduce competences and tools for the development of an entrepreneurial project, from sustainability/ business model definition to implementation.
Enable teamwork, from brainstorming to conflict resolution.
Stimulate strategic planning and reflection, according to a multidisciplinar approach and considering ethical and impact questions.

Learning outcomes and competences

At the end of the course, students should be able to:
- Understand and master essential project management skills and tools;
- Identify the different forms of intellectual property;
- Strategically define and develop a business/ sustainability model;
- Work in teams, managing deadlines and limited resources;
- Prepare and present a public pitch.

Teaching methods and learning activities

The methodology result of a combination between theorical presentation, presentation and discussion of practical cases and hands on group work in class. Group discussion and oral presentation of group work progress and experiences about topics related to the course will be encouraged.
