Objectives
This course aims to analyse leadership and organizational change as joint, unseparate processes of mutual implication; and how different modes of thinking translate in distinctive conceptualizations of leadership and in how to conduct processes of change, as well as in different organizational dynamics.
Learning outcomes and competences
Students are expected to develop competencies of analysis, reflexivity and critical thinking about leadership and organizational change, the different approaches to these themes, and the alternative ways of intervening in processes of change in organizations, as well as conducting the necessary diagnosis and self-diagnosis.
