Objectives

According to an individual work plan, students must complete a project or prepare a dissertation or internship report on specific issues in the area of Internacional Economics and Management.

Learning outcomes and competences

With the development of the dissertation it is intended that the following results and competences are met:
1) Knowing characterize the issue or problem under study and use the correct methods for their treatment, resolution or interpretation;
2) Develop a critical literature review;
3) Demonstrate competence in the use of frameworks and tools acquired during the course of specialization, and / or demonstrate the ability to, under guidance, seek and acquire concepts and / or additional tools that may be useful and / or necessary for the study of the issue or problem;
4) To collect, analyze and interpret primary and / or secondary data efficiently and effectively;
5) Knowing how to present the results in a concise and structured way, and showing a good quality writing.

Calculation formula of final grade

The final classification of the dissertation,  work project or internship report, which includes assessment of student performance in the oral presentation is expressed in a numerical scale from 0 to 20 and results from the simple arithmetic average, rounded to the unit, of the classifications assigned individually by each jury member.
