Objectives

Following the previously developed work plan, students will produce a thesis - dissertation, curricular internship and its report, or project - on a specific subject in the area of Management.

Learning outcomes and competences

In their thesis the students must develop the following competences:
1) To clearly define the objectives of their thesis and to employ an appropriate methodology in conducting a research/internship or project report.
2) To conduct and present a literature review on the covered topic, one which is relevant for the objectives pursued in the thesis.
3) To possess critical competences in the application of concepts and tools acquired in the programme.
4) To possess competences of organization and autonomy in conducting the thsis.
5) To write the results of their thesis in structured fashion and with good quality of writing.
6) To orally present their work in clear and effective manner.
