Objectives
This course aims to sensitize students to the importance of training skills that enhance the levels of well-being and positive leadership and that are related to better performance in different contexts (academic, professional, personal, etc. .).
Learning outcomes and competences
At the end of the course, students should be able to:
- Develop individual employability strategies appropriate to their personal characteristics and goals
- Understand the reciprocity as a transversal element in human relations
- CIdentify and recognize the determinants and consequences of reciprocity in human interactions.
- Understand the conditions of Positive Psychology and its impact on management.
- Recognize how some skills can enhace well-being and self-development, identifying training personal work needs required for their continuous improvement.
- Recognize and identify the good practices of positive leadership and the critical success factors.

Teaching methods and learning activities
The combined use of active methods (educational games, world café methodology, appreciative inquiry, individual reflection exercises and teamwork in class etc.) with the lecture method contributes to the development of attitudinal dimensions, cognitive and technical objectives and learning outcomes of the course. The themes have a conceptual framework coupled with a high practical component.

Eligibility for exams
The presence and participation in classes are prerequisites for grading. Absences are absolutely exceptional.
Calculation formula of final grade
The evaluation of the course consists of three components:
- Individual assignment I (20%) +
- Teamwork assignment (65%) +
- Individual assignment II (15%)

In each class will be given detailed instructions about the activities to be undertaken and the weight for the final classification.
