Objectives

Students will develop skills to build and use a management control system and for solving some operations management problems.

Learning outcomes and competences

It is expected that students at the end of this course:

1. Know how to build and use a management control system.

2.Will be able to analyze operations management problems and to choose the appropriated models to solve them.
