The main purpose of this course is to guarantee a full understanding of the strategic analysis main tools and of the strategic planning and implementation process. focus on value creation and diversification will be at the core of the course.
Students should end with an understanding of the main strategic tools and concepts both used for the strategy analysis and the strategy key decisions.
A practical aplication of these concepts should allow students to be able to design, discuss and defend a full startegic plan for a given company or strategic situation.
