Objectives


Macroeconomics II (1EC210) aims at enabling the students with the first competences to understand the aggregate fluctuations in the economy. Macroeconomics II (1EC210) aims at exploring the basic models to explain economic fluctuations, namely the IS-LM and the aggregate demand and supply models. It also presents the institutional framework of economic policy – monetary and fiscal policy, financial stabilization and supply-side policies.
