Resumo (PT): FORMAÇÃO INICIAL DE PROFESSORES, FLEXIBILIDADE E AVALIAÇÃO EDUCATIVAS: DA TEORIA À PRÁTICA consubstancia um esforço coletivo de investigação-ação muito atual nas áreas da Didática e da Formação de Professores. Aqui se repensa essencialmente a Supervisão pedagógica, a Flexibilidade de programas, de docentes e discentes, e a avaliação educativa à luz das condições atuais do ensino-aprendizagem e dos seus alunos, tentando esclarecer dúvidas e apontando caminhos para os mais relevantes desafios neste domínio. Resultado de estudos e investigações conduzidas com rigor e realizadas sobre corpora representativos, esta obra manifesta, no seu conjunto, o quanto se pode entrever hoje como solução, mas também o quanto falta apurar em relação ao fieri permanente que constitui o próprio âmago do ensinoaprendizagem, mas também do aprender a ensinar.

Abstract (EN): BASIC TEACHER TRAINING, FLEXIBILITY AND EDUCATIONAL ASSESSMENT: FROM THEORY TO PRACTICE represents a collective effort of current action research in the fields of didactics and teacher training. This work essentially rethinks pedagogical supervision, the flexibility of programmes, teachers and students, and educational assessment in the light of current teaching-learning conditions and those of its students, in an attempt to clarify and point towards paths for the most relevant challenges in this area. A result of stringent studies and investigations on representative corpora, this work demonstrates, as a whole, how much of a solution can be glimpsed today, but also how much is left to ascertain regarding the permanent fieri at the heart of teaching-learning itself, but also of learning to teach.
