Abstract (EN): Scaling-up a web-based academic IS developed in-house from one school to all the schools in the university implies upgrading the software from a prototype to a product. In the present case this has been done by revising the software in order to make it configurable in three directions: the definition of which functionalities are active in each school; the specification of local user access policies; and the design of a visual identity in the website. Keeping the set of local configurations updated through releases requires a specific migration tool.
