The extracurricular activities developed by FEP's Student Organizations (OEs) play a significant role in the comprehensive education of students, promoting the development of transversal, personal, social, and civic skills, and are an excellent complement to their academic training.
It was within this context that the OneFEP, initiative emerged, a structure that brings together FEP's Student Organizations and partners.
Through active participation in OEs, students have the opportunity to exercise leadership roles, work as a team, communicate effectively, solve problems, and manage projects, gaining practical experience in real-world contexts that prepares them for the challenges of the job market and society.
These skills are valued by companies and FEP and formally recognized, particularly through the PRO-SKILLS program.
