- I was not selected for any of the curricular internship proposals available on the FEP Career Portal. Can I find my internship?
Yes, you can self-propose an internship together with a company, as long as your Master's Director validates it.
- How should I choose my FEP Supervisor Internship?
You should consult with your Master’s Director about the procedure for selection/assignment of the FEP’s supervisor and proceed accordingly.
- When can I start my internship?
The Internship may only begin after you are enrolled in the Dissertation / (Work) Project / Internship curricular unit and it may begin in the 1st or the 2nd semester of the 2nd year, accordingly to the functioning of the Dissertation /(Work) Project / Internship curricular unit for each master programme.
- Is the curricular Internship paid?
If there is an Internship Grant, this is the responsibility of the Host Company/Entity. This information may or may not be disclosed in the internship proposal, and will only be communicated during the selection interview. However, within the scope of social responsibility, the Proposing Entity is expected to award an internship grant that covers, at least, the costs of food, transportation and other expenses associated with the internship.
