Helena Martins is a lecturer in higher education since 2008, in the
areas of organizational behavior and human resources, as well as
personal and social competences. Her research has been focusing the
worker-organization relationship and reciprocity in the workplace,
psychometry (namely, testing the psychometric properties and validating
scales), intercultural competences and higher education pedagogy. She is
included in the EMIC (Erasmus Mundus Intercultural Competence) project,
funded by the European Commission.
