Luisa Helena Pinto, PhD, is an Associate Professor of International Human Resource Management at the University of Porto’s Faculty of Economics. She is affiliated with AOM, EURAM, and the APA, and is a member of CYGNA, RRBM, and the STAR Scholars Network.

A signatory of DORA, she has published in journals such as the Journal of Vocational Behavior, IJHRM, IJIR, Higher Education, and Personnel Review. Her research spans international HRM, global mobility, and cross-cultural management, with recent work on sustainability, attribution theories, mental health, and experimental methods in management.

She actively endorses evidence-based management and supports academic research that is responsible, inclusive, and globally engaged.
