The Master's in Economics and Business Administration (MEAE) program at FEP is a part-time master's program lasting two years. It provides a comprehensive, advanced, and up-to-date education in economics and management, with the aim of preparing students for demanding professional careers. MEAE is designed for both professionals with some experience who wish to update their knowledge to enhance their careers and recent graduates with high potential.

Taking a hybrid approach between a continuation master's and a specialization master's, with elements of an MBA, it allows students to develop a holistic understanding of the business world and acquire the knowledge and skills needed to tackle the challenges of the dynamic and globalized business environment.

MEAE covers various functional areas of management such as accounting, finance, marketing, operations management, human resource management, leadership, and strategy. Recognizing that a good manager cannot be detached from the national and international economic situation, MEAE also provides additional training in economics, which is essential for a good understanding of the effects of economic cycles and policies, as well as the international economic situation that influences decision-making in management.

For the completion of the program and the attainment of the master's degree, students have the option to either conduct a scientific dissertation or engage in a project or internship (with a more applied focus) and present their respective reports. Students defend their dissertation or project work in public examinations.

MEAE is a prestigious master's program that consistently attracts a significantly higher number of applicants than the available slots (with an average acceptance rate of 31% in the last five academic years) and boasts a high employability rate. Gender parity is a distinctive feature of the program, with female students accounting for 51% of the total intake in the last five academic years. Furthermore, 34% of students are over 27 years old, while 34% fall within the age range of 24 to 27 years.
